PM Modi’s Vision @SEMICON 2025 : “Chips are Digital Diamonds” SEMICON India 2025 is a landmark event in the semiconductor industry, held from September 2–4, 2025 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the conference showcases India’s ambition to become a global leader in semiconductor technology through its India Semiconductor Mission (ISM). Over 300 exhibitors from 18 countries, including international pavilions and country roundtables, highlight India’s growing strength in chip design, fabrication, AI integration, and supply chain resilience. SEMICON India 2025 brings together industry giants, researchers, startups, and policymakers to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
The event features keynotes, technical sessions, and investment forums covering advancements in chip design, OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test), supply chain disruptions, and the integration of artificial intelligence. These discussions are crucial as India pushes towards self-reliance (Atmanirbhar Bharat) and aims to build a sustainable, competitive semiconductor ecosystem.
