#Rural Development is back in the spotlight.. And again by ‘Gramayan’ with a special message..`Become an Entrepreneur! The much-awaited 7th Gramayan Udyam Expo 2025
To be held from December 26-30 in Nagpur.
The 7th Gramayan Udyam Expo, which brings together small producers, small-scale entrepreneurs, cottage industries, rural artisans, sculptors, and NGOs from Vidarbha and provides them access to the Nagpur market, is being held from December 26 to 30 in Nagpur. The people of Nagpur eagerly await this exhibition.

This year’s exhibition will focus on entrepreneurs and producers who are directly involved in manufacturing. It will be a blend of both B2B and B2C, allowing entrepreneurs to find new vendors, vendors to find new products, and customers to make direct purchases.

The five-day exhibition, running from 11 AM to 9 PM, is free and open to all. It will be held at Kusumtai Wankhede Auditorium, North Ambazari Road, Dharampeth, Nagpur.
Gramayan Pratishthan also organizes the Abhyuday Seva Exhibition to showcase the social work of NGOs. Two such exhibitions have been held so far. This year, in addition to Nagpur, entrepreneurs from Amravati, Yavatmal, Chandrapur, and Jalna are participating. A total of around 100 entrepreneurs will participate, with 82 stalls and some table spaces.

Entrepreneur-focused, packed program :
The exhibition will feature a packed program including felicitation of entrepreneurs from various categories, interviews with prominent entrepreneurs, presentations of business ideas by young people, workshops, expert guidance, and producer-vendor interactions. This exhibition empowers small entrepreneurs, manufacturers, processing industries, industry-related government institutions/organizations, artisans, and local production organizations/NGOs. It shapes the dream of a self-reliant and empowered India by fostering self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and the creation of sustainable livelihoods and employment.
This year, only manufacturers, entrepreneurs, startups, producers, and supporting organizations – such as banks, government departments, and skill development institutions – will participate, ensuring authentic, original, and locally made products for visitors, aligning with the government’s Make in India initiative.
The exhibition will showcase products across various categories, offering direct B2B and B2C opportunities, interaction with financial institutions, business networking, and options for producers to launch new products, conduct live demonstrations, and receive customer feedback.
The exhibition offers tourists unique handcrafted items, organic and rural products at reasonable prices, live demonstrations, interactive counters, and a special opportunity to support local entrepreneurs, making it popular among locals. The exhibition is being promoted extensively on digital and offline platforms to ensure maximum attendance from all sections of society.
Various Programs and Felicitation of Entrepreneurs :
The exhibition will be inaugurated on the 26th at 5 PM.
Entrepreneurs will be felicitated in five categories: first-generation entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, third-generation entrepreneurs, husband-wife run businesses, and startups.
An Ideathon has been organized to bring forward business ideas from young people and students. On the 27th, presentations of selected business ideas will be held at the exhibition.
To raise environmental awareness among children, various competitions were organized, and the awards for these competitions will be distributed on the 30th. The closing ceremony will be held on the evening of the 30th, presided over by dignitaries.
On the evening of the 29th, from 4 PM to 9 PM, the VIA Agro Rural Development and Food Processing Forum will be organizing a special event featuring various activities, programs, interviews, and workshops related to the industrial sector. Emphasis will be placed on setting up ancillary industries for large food processing industries, focusing on areas such as dehydration, primary processing, value addition, and packaging.
During the expo, many innovative ideas in the food processing sector will be presented, providing practical guidance to farmers and entrepreneurs interested in establishing sustainable businesses. This will include presentations of natural and value-added food products such as cold-pressed oils, millet-based products, pure desi cow ghee, pure honey, and strawberries and microgreens.
This expo will provide a strong platform for young entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs in small-scale industries, home-based businesses, small agricultural equipment manufacturers, and successful agripreneurs to showcase their products and share their success stories, thereby inspiring new entrepreneurs.
On December 29, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the Agro RD Forum will organize a symposium on the topic of “Progress through Industrial Development.” During this event, successful agripreneurs will be interviewed and will interact directly with the attendees. A workshop on microgreens cultivation will also be conducted by experts.
