#SadanandanMaster : Epitome of resistance, a living legend ! On January 25, 1994, a gang, allegedly political rivals, waylaid the car in which C. Sadanandan Master was travelling, dragged him out and chopped off both his legs. As he was writhing in pain the assailants scratched the severed legs on the road to ensure that he will not undergo a limb replantation surgery. He was 30 years old then.
SadanandanMaster’s courage in adapting to prosthetic legs and turning personal tragedy into a powerful platform for change is truly inspiring. The political rivals resented his joining the RSS despite hailing from a left background.
