Meet Miss Sharanya Mishra, founder of #Startup Miraki, an online jewellery and accessories store that has so much irresistible inventories to offer.

Right from the age of 7 Sharanya has been consistently sharpening her skill , training her brain crisscrossing her ideas to derive a perfect design. As she grew up she did not let her focus shift or the pressure of her studies deviate her from pursuing her passion for craft.

Instead she divided her hours to devote at least one to two hours a day to her hand-made jewellery making and , while managing her studies altogether. She has designed finely crafted ornaments that exhibit detailed designs, elaborate patterns, and a high level of craftsmanship.

#Startup Miraki for jewellery the online store offers all handmade bracelets, keyrings, phone charm, bag ,gloss charm, claw clips, candles, mandala artwork and Lippan art work. Lippan art also known as mud and mirror work, is a traditional Indian Folk Art Form. The online store offers 24 by7 services.

Sharanya Mishra is a JEE aspirant and she did not give up on her hobby for the same, rather she managed her schedule!

Q. What inspired you to persuade this start up?

Sharanya- “I was inspired to pursue a startup focused on handmade items and beaded jewelry because of my passion for creativity and crafting unique, personalized pieces that bring joy to others I loved making lippan art and beaded pieces.The handmade and personalised gifts items carry sentimental value.”

Q. How do you manage your studies along with your hobby?
Sharanya – ” The idea of turning a hobby into a business motivated me to share my craft and jewellery pieces with more people.

I had many aesthetic and Pinteresty designs and ideas in my mind and wanted them to be in real life and so I did it also, I’m thinking of adding many more items to my store so that it’s easy for people to shop from 1 place for all the gifting needs.

Balancing studies and my craftwork is very challenging but manageable. I dedicate an hour or two daily to focus on my jewellery-making and lippan arts, and study the rest of the time.

Says Sharanya ” My future plans include growing my business, exploring new ideas and items that I can add to my small business I want to expand my business and want people to understand the value of handmade jewellery pieces.”

“I want it to be a unique aesthetic jewellery and accessories one stop online store. I’ve kept the pricing affordable seeing the quality and durability of the products and I hope this business grows into a big one! ” she adds. While she desires to take the online store to every discerning user, she also has plans to provide opportunities to the deserving artisans.
